We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

- Ceramic vases and decorative objects
- Textile items including cushions and throws
- Mirrors and wall hangings
- Lighting fixtures in original packaging
- Unopened and unused home accessories
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized home decor pieces
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover return shipping costs
- For standard returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
- Xephylarcriz is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- The refund amount includes the item cost minus any applicable restocking fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or style if available. To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect

Inspection Period

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or heavy items. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the item. Restocking fees do not apply to defective items or errors on our part.
Refund Timeline
Please allow the following timeframes for refunds:
- 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the return
- 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Total timeline: approximately 10-14 business days from when we receive your return
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance.
